Kids Time Out offers weekly child care for children 2 to 5 years. While we are not a preschool, your child will
participate in skill building activities, free play, outside time and quiet time. If you are looking for a program to enforce
the knoweldge your child learns in preschool or something to get your child started with socialization and structure, then
Kids Time Out is what you need. The program focuses on themes with activities
that enhance cognitive, social and emotional development that they learn in a typical preschool. Activities include, letter
recognition, number recognition, rote counting, color recognition, shapes recognition, sensory experiences, and science experiments
and exploration. We offer a hands on experience that will allow the child to fully participate in the activity. Children learn
best by doing!! While particiating in free play, your child will learn the social skills that they will need all their
life. Whether it be in the block area or dramatic play, your child will be expanding their imagination and using their thinking
skills. Children learn through play and it should be an intergal part of their day.
